What is Listing Input & Maintenance (LIM)?

Listing Input and Maintenance is the ability in Paragon to enter and edit your own listings.  

• New Members

  In order to have listing input and maintenance access you must: 

  • Complete the LIM webinar: LIM Training Video
  • When finished, have your broker/manager of your company email cdreger@ranw.org granting you permission to have the  give you LIM access to enter your own listings. 

  New Firms

  Listing Input and Maintenance is the ability in Paragon to enter and edit your own listings and is required of all new firms.  

  • In order to have listing input and maintenance access you must: 
  1. Broker MUST take the following training HERE. 
  2. When you have completed the LIM webinar, have the broker/manager of your company email cdreger@ranw.org to give you LIM access to enter your own listings.
