Member Company Data Access:

By default, member listings are shared with Realtor.com (per NAR membership) for public view, RPR: Realtors Property Resource (per NAR membership) for view by Realtor members of WIREX participating MLSs only, and via IDX, the Internet Data Exchange, for public view on member websites.

Member companies can also choose to share their company listings with any vendor they choose. RANW MLS has worked with MLS Partners such as Showing Time, HomeSnap, and ListHub to make it easy for our member companies to syndicate their listings and utilize their services. 

RANW MLS has joined MLS Grid!

RANW MLS has aligned with a company called MLS Grid for Data Feed Management and will begin transitioning distribution technology from RETS to Web API.

Important Dates:

• February 1, 2023: All new data feed requests for RANW MLS data must be submitted through MLS Grid.  
• May 31, 2023: RANW MLS will sunset all RETS data feeds for members, with the exception of WIREX.

Effective February 1, a restructured fee schedule will begin for all MLS Data Services. The fee schedule for RETS and API are the same, and that schedule can be found HERE.

WIREX is working on an API option, but data delivery remains via RETS at this time. WIREX is only available to member Companies; agents/salespersons are not eligible for WIREX data.

Data Feed Definitions:

Internet Data Exchange (IDX): IDX affords MLS Participants the ability to authorize limited electronic display and delivery of their listings by other participants via the following authorized mediums under the participant's control: websites, mobile apps, and audio devices. As used throughout these rules, "display" includes "delivery" of such listing.

Virtual Office Website (VOW): a VOW is a participant's Internet website, or a feature of a participant's website, through which the participant is capable of providing real estate brokerage services to consumers with whom the participant has first established a broker-consumer relationship (as defined by state law) where the consumer has the opportunity to search MLS listing information, sucject to th participant's oversite, supervision, and accountability.

Voice/Text/Mobile Application Data Access (RANW MLS Active and Sold listings only): RANW MLS offers MLS Companies a data feed for Voice/Text/Mobile Application products, as authorized under IDX.

Valuation Data Use (AVM): Per NAR, now under BBO data feeds. An automated valuation model or similar service using mathematical modeling combined with RANW MLS Data. AVM ncludes BPOs and CMAs. For Company internal use only.

Participant Data Return (Firm Specific): RANW MLS offers MLS Companies a RESO Compliant data feed of their own company listings for syndication.

Broker Back-Office (BBO) Replication - RANW MLS data only: RANW MLS offers MLS member companies a replication data feed of the MLS Database for use ONLY per MLS Rules for Broker Management, CRM, Productivity, and Statistical Analysis with in-office applications. The MLS replicated database may not be redistributed for any other use, may not be used on a websi8te, and is subject to any and all RANW MLS Rules & Regulations governing use of MLS data. A WIREX BBO would use WIREX VOW data.

WIREX: WIREX is a shared database containing listings from multiple MLSs, including RANW MLS, with company data feed options for IDX and VOW.
