REALTOR® Members of the REALTORS® Association of Northeast Wisconsin are also members of the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association (WRA), and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). The WRA offers Legal Services to REALTORS by phone, email, and fax, and has a comprehensive Legal Section on their website at www.wra.org. NAR has information on federal laws and legislation as well at www.nar.realtor.org.

Legal Hotline
One of the most valuable and popular services offered by the WRA to REALTORS® in Wisconsin is the Legal Hotline. Members can access WRA's Legal Hotline by calling 800-799-4468 or fax 608-242-2279 or visit https://www.wra.org/HotlineQuestion/ to submit a question. Must login to the WRA site. Staff attorneys are available to personally answer your legal questions.

WRA Website Access
Registration is required to access certain areas of the WRA website www.wra.org, including the Legal Section. You will need your WRA member ID, found on the mailing label of your WRA newsletter (the Wisconsin REALTOR®), to register. You will be prompted to register or log on at each section where it is required.

National Association of REALTORS® Website Access
The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) also has a very comprehensive website available to REALTOR members at www.nar.realtor.org (once known as onerealtorplace.com). Many of the sections of www.nar.realtor.org are password-protected as well, and require registration. You will need your NRDS number. You can find your NRDS number on your NAR Magazine (the REALTOR®), or by calling the RANW office.
