IMPORTANT MEMBERSHIP NOTICE
RANW will be implementing new Association Management Software from February 4th through February 13th. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. What does this mean for you and your agents?
- For all members that are current and input into Paragon as of 5pm on Tuesday, February 3rd, there will be no interruption in Paragon or Supra services.
- RANW can process New Members and reinstatements with credit card payments until 5pm on Friday, January 30th.
- After January 30th, New members and reinstatements can be processed by bringing all required paperwork and payment of check, cash or money order to RANW in person and can be processed until 5pm on Tuesday, February 3rd .
- RANW will be unable to do the following from February 4th – February 15th:
- Process any payments - regardless of type of payment.
Process New Members and Reinstatements – We will be unable to enter New Members and Reinstatements into Paragon, Supra, or M1 (software for NAR) – During this period (Feb 4 – 15) the new member can still practice selling for your firm as long as you have registered them with the DSPS. Please enter any listings they may obtain during this period under the broker’s profile. Once the new member has been entered into Paragon, your firm can reassign the listing to the new member in Paragon. Please note, the new member will be unable to access Paragon to search listings, register for a Supra eKEY or access ZipForms until entered into the system. We suggest they use REALTOR.com as a temporary search engine.
- Process Firm or Agent Changes of Any Kind in Paragon, Supra or M1.
What you should do during this time.
- Follow the same procedure that is in place now - If you have any new agents, reinstatements, transfers or roster deletions during the blackout period of February 4 – February 15th please follow the same procedure you do now by emailing the documentation (applications, transfer forms, etc.) to cdreger@ranw.org as soon as the agent has been added to your firm. We will reach out to them to process their application and payment as soon as the new system is up (approx. Feb 16).
- Watch for our communications – There will be information sent out to you about the new payment portal (very similar to our current portal).
- Download any historical documents - If there are any documents you need that can be obtained from your member portal (i.e. receipts), they must be downloaded from your portal by 5pm Friday, January 30th. After this date, you will need to contact RANW to retrieve any portal information that was stored prior to January 30, 2026.
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience. As mentioned above, Paragon and Supra access will not be interrupted for any members entered into the system prior to February 4th. Our offices for both RANW and RANW MLS will be open during our normal business hours and able to help with anything you need during the blackout period of February 4 – February 15th including any MLS questions you may have.
Existing members will still be able to have their listings entered into Paragon as normal and use Supra eKEYs.
